Warranty
Every Sunnier pergola comes with a warranty on the structure, and Pergola Classic adds cover for its motor and electronics. Here is what that means, in plain English.
What's covered

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Side screens, the heater and other accessories carry the same warranty cover as the pergola they are fitted to.
What isn't covered
- Damage from improper use or misuse.
- Damage from weather beyond normal conditions.
- Installation workmanship by an independent installation partner. Their work is covered by their own workmanship warranty, set out in their quotation and terms.

If something arrives damaged or missing
Check the number of packages and their visible condition at delivery, take photos of anything that looks wrong and keep the packaging. Please tell us about visible damage or missing packages within 7 days, or as soon as you reasonably can. Contact us with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a free replacement of the affected parts. Our Delivery Policy has the full details.
How to make a claim
- Ring us free on 0808 168 3131 or send a message and choose "Warranty or support".
- Give us your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Send photos or a short video. For the motor, remote or lighting, note any indicator lights, unusual sounds or partial movement. A short video often lets us find the next step quickly.
- We'll talk you through the next step.
Please don't dismantle structural, motorised or electrical parts unless we or a qualified professional ask you to.
Your statutory rights

Warranty questions
How long is the warranty?
10 years on the aluminium structure on both models, and 2 years on the motor unit and electronic components on Pergola Classic.
What does the warranty cover?
Material and manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or extreme weather outside normal use is excluded.
Is installation covered?
Installation by an independent installation partner is covered by the installer's own workmanship warranty. The pergola itself stays covered by the Sunnier warranty.
What do I need to make a claim?

Does the warranty affect my statutory rights?
