If you would rather not assemble your Sunnier pergola yourself, we can introduce you to our trusted independent installation partner.
Professional installation is not sold or charged by Sunnier. Pricing, scheduling, workmanship and warranties for the installation are solely between you and the installation partner.

How professional installation works
- Request an introduction — select Professional installation when ordering your pergola. No installation fee is added to your Sunnier order.
- Partner contact — we pass your relevant order and contact details to the installation partner, who will contact you to discuss requirements.
- Separate quotation — the partner provides their own installation quotation and terms.
- On-site installation — if you accept their quote, they assemble and position the pergola according to the agreed scope.
- Completion — the installer carries out basic operating checks and explains the main controls under their own workmanship warranty.
Sunnier remains available for product-related questions. The installer identity and workmanship arrangements will be confirmed in the partner’s installation documentation.
Preparing for installation
A little preparation helps the day run smoothly. Before the installer arrives, please make sure the area is accessible, clear and ready.
- Provide safe, reasonably clear access from the delivery or unloading point to the installation area.
- Remove garden furniture, planters, toys, decorations and other items from the working area.
- Ensure any paving, foundations, base or supporting surface you have arranged is complete and suitable before the appointment.
- Tell the installer about known underground services, drainage, concealed cables, access restrictions or fragile surfaces.
- Arrange any permissions required from a landlord, freeholder, management company or local authority.
- Keep children, pets and visitors away from the working area while installation is underway.
Site suitability
Pergolas are substantial outdoor structures and need an appropriate supporting surface and fixing method. The look of a patio or deck does not always show what lies beneath it. If the site differs materially from the information available beforehand, the installer may need to discuss alternative fixing, preparatory work or a revised scope.
Helpful tip: Photographs of the proposed area, access route and surrounding walls can help the installer identify obvious requirements before attending.
Weather and scheduling
Installation is outdoor work. High winds, heavy rain, ice, lightning or other unsafe conditions may mean the appointment needs rearranging. Any postponement is to protect people, property and the quality of the finished installation.
What the installation normally includes
The exact scope will be confirmed by the installation partner in their quotation. A straightforward installation usually includes assembly, positioning and ordinary fixing of the supplied pergola, together with basic operating checks.

- Civil works, foundations, paving or decking

Commercial relationship
Sunnier supplies the pergola. The installation partner supplies the installation service. By requesting an introduction at checkout, you are asking Sunnier to connect you with that partner. You are not purchasing installation from Sunnier, and no installation amount is added to your Sunnier invoice.
